All orders will be processed within 0-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates will vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. Before finalizing your order, you can calculate the shipping cost at the checkout page.

Free Shipping Conditions

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders Over $88. The free shipping option will be automatically applied at checkout when the order meets the minimum purchase requirement.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. The cost will be displayed on the checkout page.

PT, ES, SE, CH, HU, AT, FI, IE, CA (NT, NU, YT):

Standard: 8-16 business days
Expedited: 3-8 business days

Note: Shipping time does not include order processing time. Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or customs delays may affect delivery times. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Special Circumstances

  • During Promotions: During promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. However, we will make every effort to process your order within 3 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the following countries:

  2. Oceania:Australia;
  3. Europe:Denmark, France, Austria, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom (UK), Ireland, Hugary, Belgium,  Denmark, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden and Switzerland;
  4. Asia:Malaysia, Singapore,South Korea and Japan.

We do not ship to the other countries and areas.

Customs and Duties:
